The houseboat offers traditional cuisines for the guests. The meal is prepared and served by well trained cook on board. The cuisine served on board varies depending on the client's requirement. It is a combination of both ethnic Kerala food and continental cuisine. These houseboats are the production centers of the best traditional Kerala cuisines.


Includes:

Welcome drinks – Normally Tender coconut is provided as welcome drink.

Breakfast - Bread+ butter + Jam + omelets and also South Indian food items like dosa, idly with sambar and chutney, tea /coffee.

Lunch - Traditional Kerala food - Rice, Sambar, 3 Vegetables, fish fry, pickle, papad and sweets

Evening - Tea/Snacks( Tea with banana fry or north Indian snake items)

Dinner - Chappathy, Rice Dal, Chicken curry, vegetables.

Drinking water - Bottled branded mineral water is provided as drinking water.

Crockery - All crockery and utensils are new and hygienic and care is kept very clean and safe.

Vegetable and other consumables - Care is taken in selection of vegetables, fish, chicken etc (Everything is fresh and hygienic).

Cooking oil - Refined Sunflower oil is used for cooking.

Preparation of food - Trained staff is available for preparing food and it is served fresh and tasty.

Storage of food - Hygienic and safe storage facility is available for rice, vegetables, spices, oil etc.


Guests can even buy fresh fish, crab, prawns or karimeen during the cruise and the chef available will prepare it for them.
